Welcome!
I am a current physics PhD student at Purdue University, working with Professor Lucy Flesch in the Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences. My research focuses on the kinematics and dynamics of the continental lithosphere in the Basin and Range Province.
My undergraduate studies were done at SUNY Stony Brook University with a double-major BS in physics and astronomy and a minor in art history. I have a passion for art, horror & the macabre, brass instruments, science outreach, and mentorship and diversity in STEM! I have done outreach and education work at the Vanderbilt Planetarium in Centerport, NY.
During the summer of 2019 I worked at Nevis Labs through Columbia University's REU program with the RARAF biophysics group on radiation research. You can read that paper HERE. Code for that project can be found on my github.
